When liberals tell you what they think, you should believe them. During a broadcast on MSNBC covering the results of Super Tuesday, former White House press secretary, Jen Psaki, joined Joy Reid and Rachel Maddow, among others, to discuss the exit polling, which showed immigration topping the list of voter concerns.
Rather than try and understand why illegal immigration might concern voters, the group of liberals responded as they always do to the problems of regular people, with mockery, smarm, and cluelessness.
If this is who Joe Biden is listening to, November is going to be a bloodbath.
A majority of Virginia voters in the state’s GOP primary answered that immigration was the most important issue that dictated who they voted for, an NBC News exit poll found. MSNBC host Jen Psaki, who was previously President Joe Biden’s press secretary, was baffled by the results of the poll during the network’s coverage of Super Tuesday.
“I mean, if you look at some of these exit polls. I mean, I live in Virginia. Immigration was the number one issue. I mean, again, this could change,” Psaki said.
“Well, Virginia does have a border with West Virginia,” MSNBC host Rachel Maddow interjected as panelists erupted with laughter. “Build the wall.”
“Right, but you’re thinking like, what?” Psaki asked. “I mean, when I was in New Hampshire, people were talking about the northern border as a threat. Because Trump has indoctrinated people with this fear of people who do not like, look like them being a threat to them.”
Apparently, Psaki and company missed the fact that Washington, D.C. had to declare a state of emergency over immigration or the fact that major cities–with Democratic mayors–have been panicking over the increase of the illegal immigrant population since Joe Biden took over the White House.

The commentary comes just days after Joe Biden’s favorite television show, Morning Joe, held a segment in which they demonized rural votes as the biggest threat to American democracy.
Liberals still don’t understand why the New Deal coalition fell apart and it’s much easier to blame racism than reflect on what they believe. Fox News writes, “The authors of the book “White Rural Rage: The Threat to American Democracy,” argued that White rural voters are the most dangerous “geodemographic” group in America on MSNBC on Monday.
Professor of political science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Thomas Schaller and journalist and opinion writer Paul Waldman claimed that White rural voters in America were racist and generally anti-democracy.
‘They are the most racist, xenophobic, anti-immigrant, anti-gay, geodemographic group in the country,” Schaller said. ‘Second, they’re the most conspiracist group. QAnon support and subscribers, election denialism, COVID denialism instead of scientific skepticism, Obama birtherism.’
Schaller also claimed that White rural voters don’t believe in democracy.
‘They don’t believe in an independent press, free speech,’ he said. ‘They’re most likely to say the president should be able to act unilaterally without any checks from Congress, or the courts or the bureaucracy. They’re also the most strongly White nationalist and White Christian nationalist,’ Schaller said. ‘Fourth, they’re most likely to excuse or justify violence as an acceptable alternative to peaceful public discourse.'”
Last month, Axios reported that Joe Biden has an “obsession” with Morning Joe. “The president often calls co-host Joe Scarborough — a former Republican congressman who’s now a harsh critic of Donald Trump — to get Scarborough’s take on issues and sometimes vent about media coverage, according to people familiar with the relationship.
During the day, Biden has long asked his staff whether they saw a story, a poll, or a segment that had been on the show. He’s included show regulars in off-the-record conversations with policy experts.”
Last week, Gallup noted that “significantly more Americans name immigration as the most important problem facing the U.S. (28%) than did a month ago (20%). Immigration has now passed the government as the most often cited problem, after the two issues tied for the top position the past two months. The government ranked first each month from January through November 2023.”
