The 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution outlines procedures for the succession of the president of the United States in the event of death, resignation, removal from office, or if he’s mentally too incapacitated to effectively perform the duties of the president. It was ratified in 1967 following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in an effort to clarify the line of succession and provide mechanisms for addressing situations where the president is unable to discharge the duties of the office.
It’s something to keep in mind now that Joe Biden has announced that he’s not actually the person in charge of running the White House.
The Biden White House has betrayed the central tenet of Easter — which is the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Banning sacred truth and tradition—while at the same time proclaiming Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day”—is outrageous and abhorrent. The American people are taking note. pic.twitter.com/ZCExyVkAVS

"I didn’t do that," Biden said when asked about proclaiming Easter Sunday 'trans day of visibility." Asked about Speaker Johnson's claim otherwise, the president replied, "he’s thoroughly uninformed."

Who’s actually running the White House?
The Daily Mail writes that President Joe Biden on Monday said he didn’t name Easter Sunday the Transgender Day of Visibility and slammed Speaker Michael Johnson as being ‘thoroughly uniformed’ for claiming that.
Biden sparked outrage from conservatives over the weekend with his proclamation recognizing the day to celebrate the lives and contributions of trans people.
Johnson, former President Donald Trump and many other conservatives slammed Biden, with the speaker calling the president’s move ‘outrageous and abhorrent.’
‘I didn’t do that,’ Biden said when asked if he named Easter the Transgender Day of Visibility.
On Easter Sunday, this was the message from the White House’s social media.

Most presidents would be accused of blatantly lying to cover up a mistake, but with Biden, it’s very likely that he did not write his own executive order or that he simply forgot. After all, those who have interacted with him for an extended period and are not deeply loyal Democrats have called him a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.
The pictures from Monday’s Easter Egg Roll at the White House did not particularly inspire confidence.

The current administration has been mostly run by more left-leaning staff from almost the beginning. In 2022, after the Washington Post noted that “Biden has faded,” this outlet pointed out the obvious: he may live there, but Joe Biden is not the one making decisions.
“Our doddering and sometimes confused president relies heavily on his staff to tell him what to say or even where to stand and when to sit in his chair. During discussions about his signature bill, Senator Joe Manchin mentioned that the White House is “staff-driven” rather than driven by the president.
When combined with the mass exodus of his staff that has occurred over the past year, the Biden administration is now run by very online, very left young liberals. As Politico noted, ‘The problem with this permanent class of young staffers is that they tend to hold views that are both more liberal and more ideologically motivated than the views of the coveted median voter, and yet they yield a significant amount of influence over the party’s messaging and policy decisions. As a result, Democrats end up spending a lot of time talking about issues that matter to college-educated liberals but not to the multiracial bloc of moderate voters that the party needs to win over to secure governing majorities in Washington.'”
Biden’s age and fitness for the presidency, along with the deep dislike the nation holds for Vice President Kamala Harris, have become a major issue for the president’s reelection chances.
“Three-quarters of voters, including half of Democrats, say they have concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental and physical health, according to the latest national NBC News poll.
That compares with 61% of voters who have concerns about former President Donald Trump’s multiple felony charges and less than half of voters who have concerns about his mental and physical health.
The findings are essentially unchanged from September, when the NBC News poll first asked about those concerns — and when more voters said they had concerns about Biden’s age (now 81) than those with concerns about Trump’s legal challenges. Trump is 77 years old.
On the question of whether Trump had the necessary mental and physical health to be president for a second term, 48% said they had concerns.”
